Individual Nutrition Counseling
I often talk about the importance of seeking a dietitian if you have any questions about your health.
While all of the information I talk about here at Dietitian Jenn is based on research, I am unable to individualize nutrition recommendations for each person.
Culture, preferences, chronic health conditions, gender, age, financial status, activity level, family medical history, and more all play a role in your nutrition needs and health outcomes.
On a platform as large as a blog and social media, it would be impossible to tailor general nutrition research to a specific person.
However, I can now see clients on a 1 on 1 basis, so I can help you determine a plan to meet your specific nutrition and health goals.
I can currently work with individuals who are located in Texas and Arizona only and are over the age of 16. And best of all? I accept commercial insurance plans from BlueCross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, and Baylor Scott & White.

Group Education and Presenting
In addition to individual nutrition counseling, I also provide general nutrition education. These services are not limited to vegetarian nutrition.
Online or in-person, within the North Texas region, group nutrition and wellness education can consist of general or highly specific nutrition topics that are geared toward specific audiences.

Do you need articles written for your in-house publication? Or maybe they’re already written, but you need them expertly reviewed.
