Melt the butter. When melted and foaming, add flour and whisk together.

The Gravy

Gradually whisk in the mushroom broth, and simmer until thickened. Take off the heat and add the seasonings and soy sauce

Spread the fries on a plate and top with cheese curds. Then pour over the gravy and add any desired toppings.
